JAKARTA – PT Wir Asia Tbk (WIRG), a digital reality-based company, has ended its initial public offering period to be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). As a result, the company’s share price is set at IDR 168

Citing the company’s offering document, Tuesday, March 29, WIR will issue 2.3 billion shares, equivalent to 20 percent of the issued and fully paid capital. That way, the company will reap Rp392.63 billion in funds.

The company added that if there is an excess of orders in the centralized allotment, WIR will issue a maximum of 233.709000 additional shares at the same price of Rp.168. So, if this is done, the value of the company’s public offering could reach Rp431.89 billion.

In addition to releasing the initial shares, WIR also plans to issue 771.24 million series I warrants, which will be distributed free of charge to new shareholders with a ratio of 10 new shares receiving three series I warrants.

The exercise price for series I WIR warrants is Rp. 188, so the value will reach Rp. 144.99 billion.

WIR opened the public offering period on March 29-31 with a target of listing its initial shares on the IDX on April 4.

In this action, the company appointed Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia as the underwriter.

As is known, WIR is not just any digital company. This digital reality-based company has a series of flashy names in its shareholder composition.

One of Wir Asia’s shareholders is Zannuba Ariffah Chafsoh Rahman or more familiarly known as Yenny Wahid.

The daughter of the late former president Abdurrahman Wahid or Gus Dur is recorded as having 280.42 million shares of Wir Asia, equivalent to 2.4 percent.

Apart from Yenny Wahid, the Lippo Group company owned by Mochtar Riady conglomerate PT Star Pacific Tbk is also listed with ownership of 79.56 million or equivalent to 0.85 percent.

The names of entrepreneurs are also in the shareholder composition of Wir Asia. Among them is conglomerate Pieter Tanuri with ownership of 60 million shares or 0.5 percent.

There is also Mohammad Arsjad Rasjid Prabu Mangkuningkrat alias Arsjad Rasid who is the president director of PT Indika Energy Tbk with an ownership of 15.34 million shares or 0.16 percent.
