He holds a doctorate degree in Management from Pelita Harapan University, Jakarta; a Master’s degree in Corporate Law (MCL) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia; and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Houston – Clear Lake, Texas, USA. Hadi is a seasoned financial advisor with more than 25 years of work experience, including 6 years in international public accountant firms. Hadi has an extensive experience in the field of M&A, debt restructuring, capital raising, financial due diligence, and corporate restructuring. In recent years, Hadi has succeeded to gain trust from numerous big companies in helping them to restructure their debt.
