Sendang Pangganjar

Sendang Pangganjar is the Partner and Co-Founder of Helios Capital. He holds a degree in International Finance from the University of Toledo, Ohio and has a wide range of experience in financial advisory matters for almost 20 years, including several years in banking industry and securities company. His expertise lies in the field of financial advisory, whilst simultaneously being involved in other engagements involving M&A Advisory, Capital Raising, Debt Restructuring, IPO preparation and other financial advisory assignments with a particular emphasis on capital markets advisory and business valuation. In the firm, Sendang concentrates on assisting clients in negotiations for a variety of corporate financial transactions and major debt restructurings. He is also a certified business valuer and an appointed member of the Indonesia Society of Appraisers (MAPPI).

 

Prior to joining Helios Capital, Sendang held the position of a Group Head at an acclaimed Indonesian private bank for an extended period of time. He has previously served as the Associate Director in the Corporate Finance division of a “Big-10” public accounting firm.

• Certified Valuer – Indonesia Society of Appraisers (MAPPI)
