Hadi Cahyadi

Hadi Cahyadi is the Managing Partner and Founder of Helios Capital. He holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a Masters’ degree in Corporate Law from RMIT, Melbourne. Before founding Helios Capital, Hadi was an auditor at a “Big-5” accounting firm and spent almost a decade in several international public accounting firms, including KPMG – Corporate Recovery, Melbourne. Since then, he has accumulated over 20 years of extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, corporate recovery and debt restructuring. One of his achievements includes a fund raising project which was voted as the Euromoney Deals of the Year 2009 under the Project Finance category. Hadi also has a passion for teaching and has been a lecturer in Strategic Management at a well known university in Jakarta since 1999.
