JAKARTA – PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) will divest 5 of its toll road to 2 investors. Both of these investors are domestic investors and foreign investors. For information, a due diligence process is currently underway for the sale of the 5 toll roads.
Haris Gunawan, Waskita’s Finance Director said, “We expect 4-5 toll segments can be executed in second semester.”
This divestment will be Waskita’s target in 2019. Haris said that his party could not disclose the potential value of the divestment of the five segments because they are still waiting for the results of due diligence.
For information, Waskita still has many turnkey projects that will be completed this year. With the completion of these projects, Waskita has the potential to receive money in the range of Rp 26 trillion – Rp 30 trillion which will be paid to creditors. The company targets the debt to equity ratio (DER) at the end of the year to be in the range of 2 – 2.2x.
